@Inhiding, This is a very difficult one.
One thing you can look at is banning his ip on your site and posting a warning about him on there.

The urge to have him put in jail will be strong as he has in effect stolen your hard work!

I cannot talk for the police but I cannot see them actually doing anything, as the guy is in another country and would most likely be using false details etc.

You can report him to the email provider and get his email closed down, but he can open another one in five minutes!!

If you have the time you can Bait him (using a safe email ) and waste his time and money by having him make a lot of trips to the WU office! There are sites that will show you how to do this if you wanted to.

Unfortunately I cannot see you being able to get Justice in the normal way of things, as it is almost impossible to first of all find the real criminal and then to prosecute him!
