Updating myself again!

After my barny with the local police I spent an hour on the phone to BT trying to get a difinitive answer as to whether they could investigate. Of course the answer was no, this is a police matter .

Rang the police back to be told that they had been trying to get through to me to let me know that the girl I spoke to had made a mistake. I should never have been told that it was a civil matter and that they are taking the matter seriously. I can expect a visit from an officer in the next couple of days to take a statement.
