Hello everyone,

I live in California, and not long ago, I was offered the opportunity to participate in the business of distributing a product called "Mileage Plus". This a gasoline additive that is supposed to increase the miles per gallon in all cars.
This "multi-level" distribution business seems to be a fraud because I don't think that the product works at all.
Anyway I need to know if anyone knows the best way to check the validity of this business. Is it a fraud? Where can I report it for an investigation?
