Go to the Email Spam Blocker & Software link. Open it and read Top 10 Anti-Spam Measures. Also, check out Free Email Directory. I chose Yahoo Mail because it has a good spam filter. You might consider switching from Internet Explorer to Firefox. Finally, don't reply to e-scams. Delete them, or use "block sender" in Outlook Express
