You have been taken to "THE CLEANERS".

1) The amounts of Money you stated that you paid- are nothing more than a ADVANCED FEE FRAUD SCHEME.

2) You stated that you sent the money to Different Account Holders.
Did this not give you some WARNING thT SOMETHING IS amiss.
2A) aLTHOUGH YOU HAVE not stated so, WERE YOU advised TO SEND THE DIFFERENT PAYMENTS THROUGH EITHER WESTERN UNION or MONEY GRAM.
Now something tells me it is Western Union.

PARCLE OF BLACK PAPER:
ith more than likely Claims that is a SpecialL DYED with Special Black Ink.

I am so sorry my friend the pieces of BLACK PAPER - ARE EACTLY THAT.

Broken bottle has a solution to clean these black coated Pices of PAPER

Well if the bottle EVER CONTAINED any Liquid in the First place would of been no more than WATER.

But how do you know that the BOTTLE WAS INTACT when the Parcle was sent in the first place.

Now I am thinking that if the Bottle was Brkon in being sent, then the liquid would of removed some of this Special Black ink so that at least some of the SO CALLED MONEY would of been revealed.

Never heard of this before, but it may be some sort of new way by sending a BROKEN BOTTLE.

But what you have Fallen Prey to is the OLD WASH. WASH SCAM.
I have even seen a Video Clip on this WAS WASH SCAM.

I am sorry my friend but by very rough Maths, you have PAID OUT in Charges and Fees around Three Quarters (3/4 or75 %)f your So Called Wiinings.
But that does make SENSE at all, I am so sorry.

SOME POINTERS:

Did youuy a Ticket in this Lottery?
If the Answer is NO! then how do you expect to Win!
There will be Claims that your Email address was the Lucky Winner.

We can assure you THOUSANDS of the SAME WORDED EMAIL would of have been sent out, and if only a small amount of People respond and start sending the fee's then they have MADE a Good Windfall, and with lots of Money.

WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW PLEASE HELP ME

MOST IMPORTANT

1) DO NOT, and I repeat [b]Do not send any further MONEY to these Scammers.

2) BREAK OF ANY FUTURE CONTACT WITH THEM and DO IT NOW!
2a) Delete any Emals that you receive from them, without writing back to them
As you have received a PARCLE then they have your home Address and maybe your Telephone Number.
Contact your Telephone Company and see if yor number can be Change, if necessary expain what happened.
3) SAVE and PRINT OUT ALL EMAILS,
Because if any threats etc, then you proof. And should this happen gp STRAIGHTT AWAY to yor local Polce station and exxplain everything to the Police on Duty.
4) Be vaey wary of ANY Such Emails in the Futre claiming that you have won another LOTTERY WIN.
4a) Emails that are looking For NEXT of KIN. or wanting someone to stand in for the Next of Kin. Especially from so called Lawyers.
4b) PERSON DYING and wants to give away Money, and you are takem a percentage as for Helping them.

These are all SCAM, one way or another, if ever in Doubt there is a section where you can post the email to, and some one will soon tell you if it is a Scam.
Please remeber GOGGLE IS YOUR FRIEND look up Company Names and Names of People and if it is A Scam i will soon come up on Google.

Have a good Look through all the Forum oards here at Legal.
Ask questions if you have too, some one will always be happy to give you an ANSWER.

PLEASE BE WARNED

No I do not wish to frghten you, and I am not going to say this WILL HAPPEN.

But you may receive an Email saying that they are aware that you have Fallen for a Scam.
They promise to RECOVER YOUR MONEY for you, but of course you will find that this COSTS MONEY.

Please do NOT FALL for this!
It is just another Scam-called a REVERSE SCAM. and more likely coming from the same Scammer/Gang.

Even if it sounds like it coming from some Goverment Department Office.

Look VRY HARD at the Email Address -Gonernment Departmeants do not use FREE THROW Away Email Address like;
Yahoo. Hotmail, Gmail etc.
If ever in doubt post the email here for someone to look at first.

I am sorry my Friend the Money that you have Paid out IS GONE FOEVER. No One can help you get it back.
