yeah i figured that. there's a 2003 bmw m3 for sale on NOLA.com for only 11,900. if that isn't a red flag considering that car still appraises for 30,000. the guy sais he "HAS" to go through world cargo because he has an account there. he said i have to put the down payment up first before the car can be released from world cargo for me to test drive. if i dont like it, i'll get my deposit back. HAHA.

however... i was doing more research and found out that the number that called me from "world cargo" showed up on my caller id. the number is actually in the phone book. check it out.
