I just tried to respond to the comments about "where is the media" on all this because several said it was so sad that there was so little coverage.

I think Prince Georges County is hit pretty hard right now with the big banks changing their tune, the sub-prime mortgage down turn, mortgage brokers with unscrupulous tactics and large backend fees generally, and then 3 specific scams in the midst that are also wide spread and mirroring several others.

People gravitate to someone that will help them and no one has perfect situations.

I agree with HardKnockLife, that Andy may have had reasonable intentions at beginning and thought he had a plan. But the documentation has not been there and the contracts written amatuerishly turn out to be unenforceable.

If you don't have time to do it right, when will you have time to do it over?

And what I can't understand is that when he has gotten information on how to do "it" better and avoid breaking the regulations, why would he continue to do it the wrong way and get the auditors breathing down the neck of the company? That is where I go a separate way from HardKnockLife. At some point along this way, AHW decided to build more fires than he could put out and he and the companies look busy without any results except more "get-rich quickers."

He intentionally showed higher returns for the other businesses (ATM's and the Advertising) in order to get the homebuyers and homesellers to invest with him. The data on slower more realistic returns has been available and presented to him and he chose to ignore in favor of pursuing his plan.

So we shall see how far this does go as the week progresses. As has been stated here, most are waiting to see what Maryland AG does.
BECAUSE HE WAS TO DUM TO FOLLOW THE RULES AND HE HAD DUM FRIENDS AND RELATIVES AROUND HIM GIVING HIM BAD ADVICE, IM WITH ALL THE WAY, IF WE KNEW THE ANSWERS WE WOULD N'T BE HAVING THIS CONVERSATION PEACE OUT.
