Here is an email sent to all "partners" that was titled "IMPORTANT NEW DEVELOPMENTS" Monday on the latest unraveling of POS Dream Home scam.

Subject: State of Maryland Actions & Mortgage Payments

Dear Partners:
The newest developments that have taken place over the past several days in
the corporate offices of Metropolitan Grapevine and POS Dream Homes are not
very encouraging. As discussed on our last conference call, Mr. Williams
planned to come to California this week and meet with the partners face to
face. He also indicated that mortgages would be paid for September, October
and November by today (October 15, 2007). Regrettably, it is now apparent
that neither will happen in the foreseeable future.
These are the facts as I know them to be:
• On Wednesday, October 10, 2007 all corporate bank accounts were
frozen and other assets seized by the State of Maryland.
• On Thursday, October 11, 2007 all offices were shut down by the
State of Maryland.
• On Friday October 12, 2007 Andrew "Andy" Williams was taken into
custody and charged with judicial contempt of court and held on an
exorbitant bond amount.
I only have this information and cannot, nor will not, corroborate any other
rumors or innuendo. I will arrange for another conference call for later in
the week when I gather accurate facts and information for you.
We are all in a very tenuous predicament right now and I am doing everything
within my power to make this situation right. I know that all of the
partners want to hear that your mortgages are going to get paid or that your
initial monies will be refunded. I simply do not have the resources to make
that happen immediately because all affiliate offices are adversely affected
as well in this "ripple effect".
