From the two mentioned links
a) the first link from my search seems that is a free of charge made site in the UnlimitedMB.com which means anyone from anywhere could have create this.
Also they look to prefer payments through Western Union transfers which smells fishy.
b) the second link does not exist anymore already
I sould suggest to be aware of them
