This is not problem of instructions (they exist in every Scam letter archive category) but problem because noone reads them before post a new thread.

How to submit a scam letter:

Simply register for membership, which is free. After registering for membership you can log into the website and make posts in our forum.

Simply go to the scam letter archive and click on “New Topic”

Copy the scam letter you have received and paste it into the large message box. As title you can use the name of the scammer, business or lottery as it appears in the scam letter.
