These SCAM artists should not be allowed to do this to consumers and the more people who expose it, the better for consumers. My advice now, after learning the hard way, if you want to play the lottery, go to a retailer and buy the ticket yourself. These online lottery companies are all overseas and they can't really be prosecuted and they know it. This is why they will charge your card without permission, they know you can't really do anything.
