I do not agree to be in contact with scams it is extremelly dangerous.
Read relative post in main page about dangers from such scams.
Never follow their logic creating accounts with their names. They open new accounts under different names always fake.
Also many providers offer unlimited accounts (like yahoo).
The best advice is to report them to your country's law enforcement people giving full details
