I ordered a sample...a few days before it arrived, I went for a check up and was diagnosed with high blood pressure - told "do not take this product"...so, I attempted to email - failed attempts - you CANNOT email them. The sample arrived and I called the number on the package - merely a fulfillment center but, they gave me a customer service number 888-527-0870 - I got into a voicemail box and left a detailed message that I had ordered the sample but, in the meantime had been instructed by my physician not to use the product and I would keep the sample when it arrived but, please do not send any more and do not charge my account. Well, they did ....$149.95. So, I called back and "Reggie" answers - I begin to explain and he rudely and semi-ignorantly interupts me to say I obviously did not read the terms and conditions - I assure him that I had and that I had notified them in the time stated in order to cancel - he said, "not by email" ...at which time I left him know that you could not respond to the email from them, nor did it list an address that would accept an email - he went on to more or less say "too bad". I explained that I would be happy to return the product unopened and would he please just credit my account - he said "we will not accept returns of any kind - they will be refused" and "we will not credit you any amount" - cut and dry - I asked him how he could determine this was proper business practice and he said they have been doing business for 18 years ....I told him that I could see a business being around for 18 years by the robbery he was committing....mixed this with a few expletives as by this time he had me mildly ticked off. 60 Minutes or someone needs to air this crap and cause the demise of the joint. Warn everyone....I still can't believe how stupid I was !
