The postage was from South Africa yet they are claiming to be United Parcel Services (UPS.. What can brown do for you? lol) and it basically says that I won a lottery for $250,000.00. They enclosed a check (from Citibank of North America) for $4,400 with the stipulation that most (3,400) be used to pay for clearance fees and taxes or whatnot.

Definitely a scam, I'd say.. especially since they're claiming to be UPS and based in Texas yet the letter is from South Africa. Do these Africans have nothing better to do? I guess they think Westerners are rich and therefore this fraud doesn't affect us?
