Ive been playing for atleast 5 months , had problems before on getting tickets on time. but this was resolved after i emailed them,
I also have been charged before. but this was just for the renewal of service I emailed and asked for this to be cancelled. and they responded quickly, I just hope that next time when someone signs up for something , there would be an option like "recurring service" or just for a couple of months so something like this wont happen again
