Personally, I'm with armondo on this one! "You just made him loose time." is about the best those of us who are tired of the buck passing any and all governemntal agencies are capable of.... IF you know of a way to actually STOP these people, throw them in jail where they belong, etc... let me know and I'll be MORE than happy to jump on the bandwagon!
There is a certain JOY in being able to waste these people's time... They have to sleep too, so every few minutes they wasted on me, means maybe one less person they will have the time to scam later...
