If you have a business and get a complaint like the email implies, all you have to do is respond to the BBB what your actions will be in resolving the matter, right? That's not a service you pay for right? Where would the money be changing hands in the process for the phishers to ape? What's the process here for getting money?

The mail seems to be from BBB but is a fake mail address and usually we click on reply to send an answer ............
