Don't worry about him, if you will not buy to send money after a sort time period will leave you, but be sure that you will receive a lot of scam messages from other scams different type than lottery scam mail.
Read carefully the article in main page "some useful advices" and for every strange mail from unknown person do not hesitate to post in this forum an "investigation request" and be sure someone will help you to find out if is scam or not.
