Welcome to this forum.
I make a bet 1$ that is 101% scam mail and comes from a free mail not from e-bay.
If you post it here with full headers we may track down where comes from.
Please also read posting instructions and next time you doubt if a mail is scam or not just post it as "new thread" in the section of "investigation requests" to be sure that someone will notice this and help you.
