fitness is low
I am 20 years old and 175 pounds. I play volleyball and I got injured, now am better but my fitness is low and my stamina wasn't good in the first. I have lost weight. And now I want to tone up my body and need to be 150 pounds. Please help me. Are there any tips on how to increase my speed and stamina? I have 3 healthy meals a day and fruit but I need to gain some weight fast.
