There are many posts about scams using the name of Abbey Bank.
You do not write enough to be able to help you if the money are deposits in your account or else and how he holds the money.
Have you contact with the bank?
If you do not want to post in public all info I asked send me a private message.
As ex bank executive I can not give an explanation how a person can block your money unless are coming from illegal activities and in such case are involved authorities and you would be already behind bars.
