It is scam of cource.
This scam does not ask money but asks "bibles written in English" as you see on the last lines of his message.
Seems a reasonal request of a "holly man" if you reply that you are ready to send for example 20.000 books then he will discover that he has to pay taxes for the import of bibles that can not afford and from the other side he will have 20.000 books in English to sell them.
I was financial advisor in a NGO and I have seen a lot about such requests.
