Just some good news,

After contacting Spain and being told the money had been drawn from the account I paid it into, they then contacted me regarding some of the feeds from this site, that I sent, (Thanks a million by the way) about an investigation that was underway.

I got my money back on the 06.03.08, I think these scum bags got caught . Most amuszing part is I just happened to decide to check my bank account on the 07.03.08 and saw the money, when I asked HSBC about the money it took them nearly 30mins to find an answer, they came back saying it was a payment made by the Spanish bank but they did not know what it was for........

So 10 out of 10 to the Spanish bank, its good to see some of the big guys (Banks) looking out for the small guys for a change.
