What brought me here is the same thing - Fundacion German Sanchez Ruiperez
I got a letter from "them", answered, got futher instructions...
To cut it short I just "googled" the name!
Guess what!
I even found in Yahoo forum a letter from someone with an Arabic name, who got same type of letter with THE SAME (!!!) "qualification No" and "pin No"!!!
Should I say anything else?
As to the question HOW they (or him) hope to get the money, it's easy!
You are referred to a barrister who charges you up-front for his "services"!
By the way you should have seen his ID card!
