Welcome to this forum.
Using "search" tool of this forum for the first mentioned name in your post, I found already an existing post for scam mail coming from him.
Contact Mr Bankole Williams
I bet that if you will search all other names will also find posts with scam letters from them.
Keep all your mail with the scams, make hardcopies with full headers and with all receeipts that you have send money to them (I supose through Western Union as all other victims have send) and report to the nearest police station.
I am afraid that you have to forget any refund but don't let them go so easy. Some day it will be their turn to arrested.
