I, too, use Career Builder. What you are describing sounds like they are looking for people to set up, or use their bank accounts in the US or elsewhere to process foreign payments. I would BEWARE. There are a lot of these requests that come through spam, but this is the first time I have heard of one using employment as a ruse.
