You are not safe anywhere if you are not careful.
The golden rule is to cheeck everything again and aagain before your action or ask for help.
Resumes are used from scams even to create fake profiles to scam other people. Make your resume private in careerbuilder and after a period you will stop receiving scam mails. Neven answer to anyone unknown before check him or post an investigation request in this forum and be sure you will get help soon.
