I've just joined and hope to learn a lot from these forums.

I'm retired, and currently living in Crete.

I frequently get the "You have won....." emails, and am usually able to recognise them fdor what they are - the UK National Lottery with an email address in Hong Kong, for instance.

I occasionally get the Paypal, or Ebay phishing emails, and promptly forward them to spoof@ebay or paypal.

What amuses me is the ones I get purporting to be from banks that I have no account with.
