Hello, I'm completely new here and a bit lost...

I know it sounds like a cop-out, but a friend of mine contacted me recently after getting a bit entangled with an allegedly Nigerian allegedly woman ... via a Swiss dating site. Luckily he got suspicious and contacted me to confirm his fears.

The whole thing is a scam: can anyone out there tell me where to contact the authorities here in Switzerland?
