He has. But this Myke is so clever..
Most people know that he's afraid of the police.
He keeps running away whenever the police is mentioned in front of him.
Mind you, someone else has put up this post. Have a read! This came from another forum.

Macino was actually offered the capital to do his guaranteed flop. However, if at any time he is asked to sign on to such a business contract, he appoints someone else to do it. According to this particular source, he was offered $10M US to produce that Gangster Wives junker, and told his stooges that he was too busy being his family in Sardinia or Sicily or Greece or some Godfather fantasy scene to close any deals. At last, he fooled someone with his bogus business plan and he's too busy with his "family" to waste his own time. Someone else would have to do it. The real reason? The name "Myke Macino" IS NOT LEGAL. Getting involved in such a deal would require him to furnish documentation that would reveal that he is nothing more than a barber named "Michael Whatever," thus proving he's a fraud. Here is the letter that was forwarded to me.
Mr. Myke Macino
President/CEO/Founder
Macino Entertainment
Dear Mr. Macino:
Earlier this year, we were contacted by Mr. ****** ****, of Global Strategies, Inc., regarding your seeking of funding for your movie products. We discussed your company and your projects, reviewed the information provided, and felt interested enough to send to Mr. Scott on 27 July of this year, a Loan Application from an affiliated company of ours for forwarding to you.
We never heard anything more, except bits and pieces from Mr. **** indicating that you were not interested.
We have the uneasy feeling that perhaps you may never have received the Loan Application from Mr. ****, and that there may have been disagreements or difficulties between your company and Mr. *****; perhaps we are wrong. In any event, we decided to send to you directly, with Mr. Scott's blessing, a loan application that would provide for an initial funding of US$10 million for one film, with provision for raising additional funds for subsequent films. The 4th page of the loan application shows how the loan would be structured, and the annual debt service requirements for netting US$10 million to you.
If this is something that would interest you, we would ask that you fill in the loan application and return it to us either at the e-mail address above, or via fax to 011-506-280-0667 (if from the US). Should there be any questions, do not hesitate to let us know via e-mail, or via telephone, 011-506-225-3958.
Sincerely,
PFM, SA

Can you believe it? This guy tried to con a company out of $10m dollars and the bugger is so scared not to signed the contract, he wants someone else to sign for it!
If he did signed the contract, Mr Macino would've been put behind bars!
