NUMBER ONE RULE IS: "DO NOT PAY BY WESTERN UNION OR MONEY GRAM". I was scammed by Putian City/Fujian Province (China) scammers who advertise on ECVV-they stole $3,000 Australian Dollars from me - the police do NOTHING. P/ment was through Western Union. It's easier to trace fraudsters if you pay into PayPal or an actual bank account. DO NOT USE WESTERN UNION EVER -EVEN EBAY HAVE NOW BANNED IT>when your money is stolen - Western Union don't want to know -
