I did not sign for the bottles and I think this is the major factor in dealing with these people. BBB did not help me, Oklahoma Attorney General merely sent me a letter stating that they filed a lawsuit last January and the SEC informed me (which I used in my argument) that the company cannot charge me for a product I did not order nor received. I also let them know that there are literally hundreds of people who are online complaining about them and let them know that they would all be willing to go into a class action lawsuit. She initially told me in the online ticketing system that I could only get a 35 dollar refund. I called in and stated I had no bottles and wanted my refund and the girl did not argue. She said ok it'll be in your account in the next 24 hours. Ridiculous what you have to do to go through...but worth it.
