just introduceing myself, joined this forum today...

I was surfing the internet 3 days ago and came across the consumer fraud reporting information...best site i ever found.. i have been having a problem reporting the scams, when i click on the links to report, this is what comes up..and i was wondering if anyone knows why this happens? and what , if anything can i do to get past it? thanx
