I was looking through my financial aid history on nslds.ed.gov and saw a Federal Pell Grant that I was awarded at my first college. I noticed that I was never awarded the full Pell Grant as they broke it up for the three quarters of a normal school year. Can I go back and ask for the rest of the grant which I was never awarded? Did the institution end up keeping the money? Help me to understand.
