This company apparently based in Greece is used by sellers on the Dutch marketplace (in my case) to interfere as a third party guaranteeing payments to both the seller and the buyer.
Money has to be send to them by Wester Union which they promise not to pay to the seller until the delivery is made to full satisfaction.
Of course the seller provides the Express company which has quite a website to back it up GlobalPS Inc. .
The scam is in the conspiracy between the seller and the fake express company
