@Shelia7, Thank you for your post, if you google the names you have provided you will find may references to this type of scam.
I have seen the posts you made on other sites as well.
I will pass this information you have provided to a colleague of mine on another site, who has a lot of experience in education scams and we will see if we can do something about these scammers.
