Hi melissa1030,
By posting this here you have helped to alert people that these emails are scams. As for punishing them legally, I'm not sure at the moment. The FTC already shut them down a few years ago and look, they are back again doing the same things they did before.
My team and I are looking into ways of getting them legally shutdown for good but at the moment we have nothing to report. Sorry.
