Hi friends, I am20 years old, I now weigh 150lbs and I am 5foot 3inches. I am on a diet and so far I have lost 5 almost lbs in a month. I really don’t know what I am doing, I am just doing it. I stopped drinking soda. I stopped eating out and after reading the nutrition facts...I am glad I did! I also have been trying to eat as much chicken and salads as possible and just checking calories. I want your advice.
