Hi I got this e-mail, and stumbled onto this site when I "googled" Raymond Heffner. The e-mail I received is EXCACTLY like the one you posted that you recieved. So many scams. I also visit a site that will research scams for you, and give you many good tips about these inheritance/lottery scams. I knew they were often trying to steal your identity, I wasn't too worried about that since I'm disabled with not the best of credit, but they pointed out that the can still use you identity to get jobs, driver's licenses, and when they get caught committing crimes and use your identity, leaving you essentially "holding the bag".
