A friend of my adult son is angry with me (long story) and now it seems she is trying to create problems for me. I have been getting junk mail and credit card applications with her name, but my home address. Today I received an actual credit card denial letter stating that she recently applied for credit, was denied, and the reasons why. Again, it was sent to my home address so that is the address she is using on the applications. She has never lived here, and never will. So far, no damage has been done to my credit. My question is - Is there anything I can do now in terms of reporting this to someone or do I have to wait for her to actually do something harmful? I see it coming.
