If you mean the address is URL of the website Welcome to nachrichten Security and Finance Bank,
it is still fishy and looks like harvesting site.
Because its "Privacy Policy", "Terms & Condition" and "About Us" shows HTTP Error 404 - File or directory not found.
That's also a big redflag normally.
No business should hide its details on the website.
