Easy, If you check the posts you will notice that it is an offense to be in POSSESSION of a forged instrument! No ifs or buts it IS an offense.
also in many parts of the world it is not a defense to be ignorant of the law!

If you check the internet, you will find examples of people who have been jailed for this, even though they were unaware that the cheque was bad!
It is NEVER a good idea to try and cash a fraudulent instrument whether you
know it to be bad or not!
Some of the other members and I who have experience in working with the victims of these scams, can tell you that it is not worth it!

You have asked a question and have received good advice, whether you choose to use it is up to you, but it is unwise to tell anyone that doing illegal things is ok it is just not a good thing!
