Court Case
I launched a claim against a bank for money that went missing from my account. The bank submitted a defence and acknowledged that they would return my money. Do I accept this money before the case is heard in Court?
I need someone to help me understand whether or not the bank can still be tried for being responsible for this money missing in the first place?
