You are being scammed!
After searching through several forums, I found a Russian Foundation For Basic Research scam letter. It is in General Nigerian 419 Scam Letter Archives. To find it yourself, click on this link, then enter Russian Foundation For Basic Research into "Search this Forum." You will be taken to another link that opens into an example letter. I suggest you do further research by reading as much as you can about Nigerian 419 scams. Try Be Aware & Bewarein General Scam and Spam Discussions. After that, check out the Information and Education section. A must-read piece is How Nigerian 419 Fraud Syndicates Operate. Please delete the email. Do not respond in any way to these scammers.
