Hi all,
My name is Phil I live in the UK. I was researching public and private corruption and came across 419legal while looking at the Nigerian Oil scam.
I am curious about how things like this come to be tacitly sanctioned by the higher eschalons of government world wide. There must be a reason???? So I do a little digging from time to time and I must say its nice to see alot of others doing the same thing.
I am available for argument and discussion, rational or otherwise, I love new ideas and perceptions though my perception does tend to change after a couple of glasses of wine.
