hi...same story
I was scammed.Didn't realize it at the time.We were penpals/friends for almost 1 year.He gained my confidence and then went in for the kill at a tune of 1600. Passed a forged company check. Remember the name FELIX MCARTHY stay away from him...he's bad news.

Baygal, I am sorry he got you - he got me too ... fortunately for me I am too poor to be a very good victim ... but he did get a little money from me anyway. He joined a Christian dating website and that is where I developed a brief friendship with him ... it wasn't long before he asked me to send him money - it involved a child he claimed was sick. I felt this might be a scam but did not want to risk being wrong and not help a child in need.
