Who is Wang Guangtao?
I was contacted by this man via e-mail to cash checks from contractors "I never cash checks" after they clear and that then I would forward it to him minus my fee 10% then I get another e-mail from someone else saying that the first man is a dangerous criminal and was directed to your web site and one other site. I am trying to figure out has anyone else heard of this guy Wang Guangtao?

Found no match when I entered Wang Guangtao into 419legal's search engine. Carried the investigation further by opening the Employment Scam Letter Archives. On page 2, I found a scam letter posted by Jenf529 that might be similar to the one you received. The link is titled Tao Wang Associates.
