Default This Is A Scam Right?

Dear Randy,

This is to confirm the receipt of your email, and I am so obliged to
use this medium to thank you for your response and concern in this
matter. However, I do hope that this mail will find you in the best of
health; hence we give God Almighty the glory for his mercies and compassion.

Once again, I am Barrister Belgore James, A solicitor and the personal
attorney to late Engr. Mark Nettnin. I've been prompted to contact you
as a result of the unclaimed deposit of my late client, late Engr. Mark
Nettnin whose relatives have not been located to make the claim of his
deposit since he died. Meanwhile, as once the personal attorney to
late Engr. Mark Nettnin, I believe that we could maximize this opportunity
to our own interest if only you will be able to stand as his
Next-of-Kin. I am aware that you might not be related to late Engr. Mark
Nettnin, but bearing the same surname with him is a great advantage for us,
thus I foresee it as a good opportunity for us to claim this money.

I want to inform you once again that I have no bad motive in contact to
you, I have contacted you simply to seek for you consent and to
present you as the next of kin to late Engr. Mark Nettnin so that his funds
which is now floating in the Inland Bank Nigeria Plc waiting for claim
be released and paid to you as the inheritor. I've got no bad intention
about my request for your personal profile, rather that is to enable me
know whom I am trying to confide on, whom I am doing business with and
who I am entrusting this funds into his hands.

However, as a legal practitioner here I will secure every legal
document in your name as the bona fide Next-of-Kin to the deceased, therefore,
all I need from you is your sincerity, compliance, support,
transparence and guarantee to me that you will be able to accommodate this
Multi-Million Dollars safely in your custody for the benefit of you and I,
that the fund will be safe in your hands without any ugly intention to
cheat me afterwards. I have the Certificate of the Deposit and have
secured the Death Certificate of late Engr. Mark Nettnin as well, so I will
be gratefully convinced of your imperialism, your dependability and
trustworthiness to handle this transaction upon the receipt of your
unquestionable Data, at least to show your transparence and consent for us
working on this together. I anticipate working with a reliable individual
who will treat this matter with absolute seriousness and with good
reasoning.

Conclusively, I am re-assuring you that we shall both be protected in
this transaction as long as you adhere to my directive as your partner
and as the former personal attorney to the deceased. My duty in this
matter is to furnish you with every useful information that will
facilitate your claim without impediments. More so, every legal documentation
will be wisely perfected in your favour as the bona fide Next Of Kin to
the deceased, but before we commence with this claim, I beg to stop so
far, until I hear from you again.

REQUIREMENTS:

Consequent the transaction, I will advice you to keep this matter very
confidential, because you know quite well that late Engr. Mark Nettnin
in question is not your relative, rather we want to utilize the
opportunity of you having the same surname with him, okay. I have assured you
that there is no risk in this as long as you have the same surname and
you are clever to stand and handle the claim.

Actually what I need from you is your total consent, your true
acceptance for you to stand as the Next of Kin to late Engr. Mark Nettnin. Upon
the agreement, you have to convince me and activate my confidence on
you by sending the following information to me:

1. Your I.D. This is to enable me know whom I am dealing with.

2. Your Living Address and country. This is also for my possible
location of your place when I will come there after the transaction for the
disbursement.

3. Your Company's Name & Address.

4. Your Direct Telephone, Mobile & Fax numbers for easy communication
and update.

Then upon my receipt of this information binding our agreement on this
transaction, I will immediately start up the process with the local
bank here.

Lastly, I am reassuring you once again that there is no risk in this
business as long as you bear the same Surname "NETTNIN ", and besides,
the management of the local bank is ready to welcome anyone (a foreigner)
that bears the same surname with the deceased and who will come up
with the correct information about his account which I will arm you with.
Better still, it is my obligation as the deceased personal attorney to
present to the bank who is the next of kin to my deceased client, l
will obtain on your favour the necessary legal documents (paperwork) from
the concerned bodies that will facilitate the hitch free process of you
inheriting this fund, and therefore you should expedite action so that
we could make this fortune.

I await your earliest response and total consent for us to proceed.

Once again I thank you for your response and God bless.

Sincerely,

Barrister Belgore James

Equity and Trust Chambers.
