This is a typical scam.
Asking for upfront money for visa fee etc is a clear sign of Advanced fee fraud.
DON'T send any money to the scammers and STOP contact with them.

Here's the reply of the travel agency (Dway Travel Agency (UK), Ltd.) referred to me by Engr. Allan when I inquired about to whom I would make my payment to for the visa processing

Dear Applicant,
The payment should be made to the name of the account officer.
You would be given the UK HOME authorised forms to be filled after the agency recieve the payment.

I am a very busy person so to chat on IM is very difficult.
I got your Cv and is been okay by mt attorney.
First I would like to tell you little about the family you are about to
join.
My kids are Morena 8 years and Lillian 10 years, I brought them up with
fear of God and respect for others.
You would like them because they are so cheerful and lovely. They do
not snub neither have proud mind of been from rich home.
For the time you would be their CARE GIVER, I would pay you 850 pounds
each week and monthly allowance would be 425 pounds, that is for your
shopping for clothing and other personal needs in each month. I owned a big compound in

himself/herself and when he or she gets here, I would pay the person
back immediately.

I correspondent with him through email and even got a reply from the travel agency D WAY TRAVEL AGENCY UK ( LTD ).

How dare he uses Filipinos as bad people in his scams, when the real scammer is them!!!
