Default Correct number to call for Easy Saver

I am the victim of Proflowers / Easy Savers deceptive practice also. I saw several charges from EMI Marketing and Easy Saver on my credit card. I did not provide my information to either of these companies at the end of my Proflowers order and did not accept the 15% offer, so the information was definately given without my permission. FYI - EMI Marketing is the marketing company used by Easy Saver - why everyone believes that they can charge me for something I never requested is beyond me, but goes to prove that nobody's credit card/personal information is safe with Proflowers.

Contrary to Easy Savers "Terms of Membership" which can be found at easysaverrewards.com, the CORRECT NUMBER TO CALL TO STOP YOUR SUBSCRIPTION AND DEMAND THAT ALL CHARGES BE CREDITED BACK TO YOUR CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT IS 1800-444-9491. Alternatively, call Proflowers at 800-580-2913 and tell them you want these charges stopped and they will connect you to Easy Saver.

Also, file a dispute with your credit card company and file a complaint with Better Business Bureau, consumer affairs, etc.

I had the same situation as everyone else. I had found a number once before and I called only to be on hold for 20 minutes so I eventually hung up, figuring no one was going to answer.

Then, doing some further research, I found this thread. I called the number at the top of the page and was almost immediately put through to an operator who when i ashed to have membership canceled and a refund issued she was able to do so fairly quickly. So we'll see if I actually get a credit and stop getting charged. I'll update when I see my next statement.

Thank you all for the information here. You're doing a service to everyday people who get scammed.

Default Easy Saver/ Pro Flowers

I, too, was charged their initial fee of $1.95. The difference with my charge is that I ordered flowers for Valentine's Day in February and not again until May 4. I was charged the $1.95 April 30. I never accepted any discounts, so I don't know how they got my credit card number. I called Easy Saver and spoke to Anna. She told me I accepted the discount, and I told her I didn't. She said they sent an e-mail out letting you know about your membership and I told them I never received one. She then backtracked and said it was part of my Pro Flowers receipt. I have looked at my receipt, there is nothing on there about Easy Saver. She did say they would credit my credit card back. I do not know yet whether they did or not. I have made a complaint with the BBB (my husband is a VP at the National BBB! They charged the wrong person!), and have notified my credit card not to allow any further charges. They said they cannot do that, but did make note of my call. I will happily notify any other agencies I need to in order to put this company out of business. Unfortunately, I really enjoy ProFlowers, but will no longer use their company for flowers anymore.

Default Same boat :(

I ordered flowers for mother's day from proflowers.
The flower cost was only $20, but shipping was $40! I got an e-mail saying I would be able to get a rebate on my shipping from easysaver (This e-mail was also my receipt for my order) I thought "ok! great!" because when shipping is double the cost of the order...there's a problem.
So I went through the steps.
Then, today, when I was checking my online bank statement, I saw I had a charge from easy saver for $14.95.

I just contacted my bank via e-mail and next step is to contact easy saver, though being its almost 11pm, it will have to wait until morning.

I should also add, when I filled out for my rebate, I did find that I was told I would be charge $1.95 or so and if I didn't cancel my account, I would be charged for the month, but after I finished doing my rebate stuff, I immediately canceled my account (meaning, I didn't even have an account with them for 20mins), even filled out there little comment box giving my reason and I was still charged for the month...

Thumbs down They got me too!!!

I just got my bank statement with a notice from my bank letting me know that Easy Savor has been taking that same 14.95 out of my account for three months but that I should be concerned as this company has alot of red flags. I called the bank today as I have never even heard of Easy Savor and I have never placed an order from them for anything. The bank has done alot of research for me and found out that it was after ordering flowers for valentines day for my aunt these charges started. Easy savor said that they were an affiliate program of Proflowers.com. Luckily my bank did all the dirty work for me. They contacted Proflowers and Easy Savor, the end result was the bank demaded my money back and will refuse any further charges from them, So I will not have to worry about them for any future purchases I make. I will not be using Proflowers.com ever again as they think Easy Savor is doing them a great service by being affiliated with them.
I also had my card cancelled and now I have to deal with the inconvienece of waiting for a new card in the mail. But at least I will know that Easy Savor or Proflowers.com will never have my card info.

I also recently made a proflowers/florist express purchase. I clicked on a survey for their site which also promised free delivery. I gave this site no credit card information whatsoever. I also did not sign up for any membership. I gave them my email only and stopped midway through this site that I had clicked on. Then immediately found a charge from easy saver who is affiliated with both proflower/ florist express. I found a number on another site to file a complaint with.
